Hi everyone,

Today i had one of my worst expierences with affinity photo 1.9. After editing for several hours all my photos i wanted to export them to an folder. The first  10 Fotos with no problem. After that certanly my fotos get blanked completly o most of it. If i try saving it as an Affinity file it doesent change after reopen it, and i cant recover it. Its like that information is gone. I have 50 photos that now are all blanked and it means i have to edit them all over again.

I installed the update to get better perfomence but i am really disapponted

Check the files i atached.

Hi @Frank Ratzlaff, welcome,

This sort of issue surface a version or two ago. It has to do with the Hardware Acceleration/OpenCL. It's enabled by default. Go to Preferences>Performance, and uncheck the box beside it. Restart the app and see if that helped.
