Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. I see you have an earlier topic that the moderators split off from this old topic. That will probably be where they respond to your registration problem. I'm not sure whether the symptoms you reported there are related to these new symptoms or not, but if the links on the Welcome Screen aren't working that suggests that you may have a firewall getting in the way of outbound communications from the Affinity applications. I would start by checking any firewall applications that you have installed on your system. It might also help if you tell us what OS you're using, and which firewall application(s) you have installed, if any. Frank Van Atta Posted July 1, 2021 Share Posted July 1, 2021 I am using Windows 10; the only firewall I'm using comes with Windows 10. I turned this firewall off and still couldn't register. As I noted above, I also have Affinity Photo installed and was able to register it with no problem. The only real problem here is not being able to register Affinity Designer; the links to tutorials and whatever not working (they don't work in Affinity Photo, either) is not of any real concern because I can go straight to those links on the internet. Registration does not use the Welcome Screen, though underneath everything they may be using the same technology if both are not working.
