Conical Gradient error? (Affinity Designer)

I want to do a vecter.
Another Gradient color is perfect vector(Nothing will be rasterized)
But THE CONICAL Gradient is raster (not vector)??

- I do not use any noise effect
- I do not use any texture
- I do not use any brush

So Sad.  😢
How I do.

According to other sources, svg offers linear or radial gradients, but no conical gradient (also called angular)


This might explain your observation.

Unless there were very many vectors, wouldn't that result in visible banding?

Is this because both file formats are too old / don't get developed any further? – It's interesting that nowadays CSS can generate conical gradients:
