ericosmosNEW
I recently tried to import another color profile via document settings> colors Problem is when I navigate to the folder the profile file is greyed out. Is it even possible to import color profiles with three ipad versions?

This adds the profile to the drop down menu. with the doc open use Document menu Convert Document then tap white triangle at the right side of context menu. Now select desired colour profile from drop down menu. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). Staff Dan C Posted June 16, 2021 Staff Share Posted June 16, 2021 Hi @ericosmosNEW, 11 minutes ago, ericosmosNEW said: the file I want to import is greyed out 🤷♂️ We've seen this happen before, firstly can you please try moving the ICC file from the folder/location that it's currently in to a different location - for example if the ICC profile is saved in your iCloud drive, please try moving it to 'On My iPad' and then try importing it once again. Equally, if the ICC file is already on your iPad, try moving it to a Cloud location. If this still doesn't work, can you please confirm the name of the ICC profile, including the file extension? For example 'colourprofile.icc' Many thanks in advance

Please do let us know how you get on
