Since they’re tied to your Apple ID, the MAS versions of the Affinity apps don’t need product keys. If you’re being prompted to enter a product key, the beta version must be unable to find the retail version in the expected location. If you purchased V1 from the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store you don't have a product key, and you would need to reinstall from the store and account where you purchased. If you purchased V1 from the Affinity Store you can find your product key in your Store account at https://affinity.store/account/downloads If you're talking about V2, there are no product keys.
