BrianFlynn Posted June 8, 2021 Posted June 8, 2021 I just purchased and installed Photo and it won't open any files; it says "Loading 1 document..." but it doesn't load. After 20 minutes I have to close the program using Task Manager. Is it a bug or am I just missing something?
RichardMH Posted June 9, 2021 Posted June 9, 2021 First thing to try is turning off OpenCl acceleration in Edit->Preferences->Performance It fights with some GPUs.
