Can't download content from "My purchases"

Today I got this ( two pictures ), I can't download the content, shows this error, has anyone encountered this ?
How to fix it?

I have seen it, but can only speculate that it is caused by a server restart.

I think if you restart Designer it might work, but possibly you will need to Sign Out from the My Account dialog and Sign In again.

Hi @awado,

I've passed this on to our development team to try to find out what caused this. In the meantime if you just log out of your account in the app then sign back in, that should resolve it for you.

Yes thanks to re-login solved the problem. It came up when I changed my password in my account.
