AlexL
Hi! I took RAW pictures with my camera and when I use it in Affinity Photo it doesn't go straight to develop persona. Plus, it's read DCS_047.jpg. Can somebody help me with that matter? Thx
Staff MEB Posted October 26, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 26, 2015 Hi AlexL,, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) How are you opening the file? Are you using the Media Browser? Also Is your camera in our list of supported cameras? Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference

Stefanexeter
Mine does the same and I AM shooting in RAW. Mac photos recognises it as RAW. Affinity doesn't.
Staff MEB Posted October 26, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 26, 2015 Hi Stefanexeter, If the camera is supported, Affinity Photo does recognise the RAW. You can easily check this if you select your photo in Apple Photos then go to menu File ▸ Export ▸ Export Unmodified Original For 1 Photo... to export the original RAW to a folder. Then use File ▸ Open in Affinity Photo to open it. It should open the file in Develop Persona.
