PagePlus 10 and Affinity

Hello Anyone. 
Q1. Does PagePlus 10 run on Windows 10? 
Q2. I have lost the registration key. What can I do? 
Q3. Would I do better to buy Affinity Publisher on line as a trial version? 
Q4. What happened to Serif's telephone numbers?

• Q2. Contact serif via the legacy serif forum, I'm sure they can help: https://community.serif.com/
• Q3. You don't have to buy the trial, just download it and try it out, it's worth buying at the price it's at now, if you use it for a year you've got your moneys worth, buy it from Affinity not via MS store or App Store. 
• Q4. Maybe contact serif via: https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/contact/ they might be able to guide you better but I suspect the forums will be quicker.

Files from older legacy software are not directly importable to Publisher, publisher cannot open the proprietary plus file types for various reasons. Exporting older files to PDF may give you a starting point in Affinity Publisher but don't expect a clean import.

In addition to what @firstdefence has written:

• I don't think there ever was a "PagePlus 10", There was a PP 9 and a PP 11, but no 10.
• If you really do mean "PagePlus 11" then I would have to say whether it will run under Win 10 is rather doubtful, to say the least.  The last released version was PagePlus X9, so several versions newer than PP 11.  This page is from the Serif web site, showing compatibility of the legacy Plus products with various Windows versions.  Or, even better, this updated page for the latest information.

Serif’s original flagship product never skipped a version. PhotoPlus managed to keep in step, but DrawPlus, MoviePlus and WebPlus all have gaps in their numbering because they were released after newer versions of PP had been released.

However, I wonder then, why PP 10 is not listed in either of the compatibility links I posted?

Good question, Jeff! I followed your links immediately after I posted, and I wondered the same thing. PhotoPlus 10 is missing too.
