Ctrl+H doesn't do anything in Photo, either, by default. If it does for you, you must have customized your Keyboard Shortcuts in Photo, and you'll need to do that in the Photo Persona of Publisher, too, to get that same function 17 minutes ago, David in Яuislip said: Fails everytime either with a regular document open or with a new document containing nothing Edit > Preferences doesn't fail in Publisher for me, in any Persona. If it's failing for you and you get a crash report you might provide it for diagnosis. Also, you can edit the Preferences from one of the other Personas if it works there, as the Preferences are application-wide, not specific to a Persona. Staff Gabe Posted June 1, 2021 Staff Posted June 1, 2021 Hi all, It could be .net that's causing the crash. Check the Event viewer and see if you have any more hints there. Custom Views > Admin events and Windows Logs > Application. Quote
