renaming slices: grey text selection, not blue - >Susomi<

Recommended Posts

When I doubleclick on the name of a slice to rename it, it displays a selected text but the highlight is lightgrey instead of blue (my system colour) so when I begin entering text I get the systembeep.

Sometimes it works tho... I just never know when and how.

Edit: notice also the missing triangle in the open/close button

Susomi

It's Sosumi. Here's why: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sosumi

Other than that:
Can't reproduce.

What's your MacOS version?
I remember missing or misaligned expand triangles being a problem with the early Affinity versions on Mountain Lion.

MacBookAir 15": MacOS Ventura > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // MacBookPro 15" mid-2012: MacOS El Capitan > Affinity v1 / MacOS Catalina > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // iPad 8th: iPadOS 16 > Affinity v2

Well, just tried it on another mac (also 10.14.6) which I usually never run the affinity suite and it's the same.

Hints: I use separated mode, light mode, german keyboard.

Aahh, signatures schmignatures. I love this forum software because the first thing I do in the user settings is to set all signatures to invisible. :D

well, obviously you can't please everybody.
In other forums you'll get the usual "I won't help you, unless you first fill out your sig!" 🙃
