Set selectors to B&W don't reset to black

In a CMYK document, the D key sets the primary colour to C0 M0 Y0 K100, but that is being presented as 14% grey in the Colour panel because the panel is set to Greyscale slider mode with the padlock engaged.

If you disable the padlock and then press D, you'll see that the real definition of the primary colour becomes C0 M0 Y0 K100.
