SRP
I have managed to create text on path by following the Publisher Help directions but I can still see the path on the final document. How do I get rid of it? I am running a Mac on 10.13.6 (High Sierra) Logo - CCF v00e.afpub

SRP
Ah, thanks. Now I understand how it works. A reference to the Layers panel might have been useful in the Help file. Many thanks
wonderings
Did you want the black key line around the text? If not then what I do to remove the path is simply turn the stroke colour off. I have attached a screen shot.
walt.farrell
2 hours ago, SRP said: How do I get rid of it? If you actually had "text on a path" the answer would be to open the Text Frame panel and turn off the stroke there. But you don't. You have text-shaped curves on a path, which eliminates that possibility. So you need to use an alternate answer, such as one of the ones above. SRP
Thank you to everybody for your responses. As you can see, I'm new at this game and still learning that there is often more than one way of doing things! Affinity Publisher is a different ball game from my very old Serif Page Plus.
