Jim Slade
I have attached three files (595, 596, 597). If I try to make a panorama using all three, 595 gets twisted. I can make a panorama using 595 + 597. And I can make a panorama using 596+597. I can even combined the two to get the complete panorama. Thus (595+597) + (596 + 597) works while (595+596 + 597) does not work. I submit as an example for refinement of the panorama process. carl123
This is what I get, which looks correct. But I am on Windows, so it may be a APhoto on Mac specific problem or your Mac OS (which you have not specified), or something else in your specific APhoto configuration that is different to mine. loukash
The problem is that the three images actually don't match. The bottom part "poor copy 6361" is the problem. Surprisingly the APh beta decided to ignore it, but it can definitely confuse the alorithm, as seen from my Photoshop example which has focused on matching the "poor copy 6361" part. So you may want to crop the individual images first to remove all irrelevant parts. Staff MEB Posted May 26, 2021 Staff Share Posted May 26, 2021 Hi @Jim Slade, I'm not able to replicate this neither in Affinity Photo 1.9.3 Retail nor in 1.9.4.243 Customer Beta. Please try the following 1. Close Affinity Photo, open a Finder window and go to the following folder: If you are using the Mac app Store version:~/Library/Containers/Affinity Photo/Data/Library/Application Support/ If you are using the Affinity Store version:~/Library/Application Support/Affinity Photo/ 2. Rename the user folder you will fin there to user.backup 3. Launch Affinity Photo and check if it works/process the panorama properly now.Don't delete the backup folder - it contains all your currents settings, brushes, assets etc. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference | Call for Camera Images
