I don't know if the iPad applications work like the Desktop applications, but this may be relevant:

thank you! could be! but if that is really the case in AD for ipad too its a bit annoying as an ipad is usually used by one person and there is not even the option to hide the palettes, I really never use the Pantone palettes as there is no search option and I have other options to find colours I like eg...and the workflow with palettes in general is a bit complicated as there is no search/import/export option...I only use AD ipad at the moment although I also own the AD desktop version...nevertheless thank you 🙂

Sorry for that. You are correct. I neglected to specify a Pantone colour. Just tried, and no delete option.🙁

can the pantone palettes be deleted in AD Version 2 and AP Publisher? still havent purchased the new version yet...txs

You can get Trial versions of all 3 Affinity V2 apps. They will install separately, and you can test things like this yourself. No need to purchase.

The default Pantone colours in V2 Pub and Designer for iPad still cannot be removed, only User installed palettes are able to be deleted.
