walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @StrokeyWan. First, they will only download and install if you have chosen to Register your application so the My Account function is operational. Next, they will only download and install automatically if, in My Account, you have chosen the option to download and install everything (and did not set a size limit), or if you have clicked on the icon to download/install them. But assuming you've done that: Yes, they are Assets; and yes, they should be available via View > Studio > Assets. You say that you tried viewing the Assets panel, and "there is nothing there". That could mean: You don't see the panel at all. In that case, perhaps you don't have View > Studio > Show Left Studio enabled? or You see the Assets panel, but don't see any assets. Just to make sure you're looking at the panel properly, the field I've marked here is a pulldown, and you can use it to select which set of Assets is displayed: or It could mean that you see the assets category, but you don't see any assets in it. Many of the Paper Farms assets are very hard to see. For example: It might help to click on the Panel Preferences (hamburger menu) for the Assets panel, and select Show as List: If this doesn't resolve it, please give us a screenshot of the My Account dialog, with the Paper Farms entries expanded, so we can see their status.
