pingram
It's in AP but why not AD? When using this feature repeatedly it gets very time consuming to create maps from scratch when it should be as simple as saving/loading from a library. Before anything else, we're all eagerly waiting for more advanced vector tools and features. (And bug fixes to the boolean operations, of course.) pingram
My request is to add a UI convenience that already exists elsewhere in the product line, nothing specific to bitmaps even though that is likely how gradients are ultimately rendered. You may not be aware but gradient maps already exist in this vector-focused product. This is about saving time by allowing presets to be saved (exactly like AP) for gradient maps so one can apply the same map later or even in other projects without having to painfully recreate all the points, colors, transparency etc every time. Presets for Adjustments are probably missing in Designer because it is also missing the Adjustments panel, and Presets can't be used without that studio panel. So it's good that you asked for both to be added. While you wait: in case you didn't know, you can add an adjustment layer (such as a Gradient Map layer) to the Assets panel. Once it's there, you can drag it from the Assets panel onto your project, position it properly in the Layers panel, and adjust it further if needed. charioui bouchaib 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.

Right now, on the spot. And vice versa. This is the Affinity "killer feature". By design. Serif's business model is quite obvious and upfront straightforward just as well: If you don't need all features of the whole suite, buy only the app that you think you need most. If it turns out later that you need features not available in app "A", you can still buy app "B" or "C" and literally plug in those additional features seamlessly into your existing workflow by using the File > Edit in… command. It's really that simple.™ charioui bouchaib 1 Quote MacBookAir 15": MacOS Ventura > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // MacBookPro 15" mid-2012: MacOS El Capitan > Affinity v1 / MacOS Catalina > Affinity v1, v2, v2 beta // iPad 8th: iPadOS 16 > Affinity v2
