Error importing/opening from the cloud when using Affinity Designer with OneDrive

When importing or opening from the cloud, and an affinity or PDF file is selected from OneDrive, it remains downloading and never opens that file. No matter the size, I have tried 100 KB files up to 10 MB and none open. This using Affinity Designer (1.9.2) and iPadOS 14.5.1

Hi @SPaceBar.

Basically it happens to me with any file (pdf, affinity) stored in OneDrive.

If I create a new file from Designer (iPad), I can save it to OneDrive, but then I can't download it anymore. If I create an affinity file from Designer (Desktop), I cannot open/import it in Designer (iPad).

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. What happens when you are using Designer Desktop and you try to open a Designer iPad file that is stored on OneDrive? Could you make a video of the process and upload it here please? It would be interesting to see if you get any error messages.
