ComplyGuy Posted May 14, 2021 Share Posted May 14, 2021 I just purchased and downloaded Affinity Publisher. After the all the files were loaded, the setup wizard popped up showing my email address. I put in the product key that I had received in the order confirmation email that was sent to me. I tried a number of times without success to enter in the key and I get an error message when I start to enter the last cell. After entering the first 12 characters, the error message says that the next set of characters must start with a number. The last 4 characters of the key has 3 letters and 1 number at the end.
