venin
Yeah, I also miss the option to add a point in the center of a curve... Like Sketch has it -> you just have to press shift when adding a point and it's perfectly in the center between 2 points. This makes it very easy and quick to create simple geometric icons! prophet
A comparable thread here perhaps? Would love to see this implemented.
ThePirateOfTheSevenSeas
I would love to have this added to Affinity aswell. In the meantime i think i've found a pretty fast workaround. 1. Select the three nodes with the node tool. 2. Click the a Alignment box in the toolbar, and choose Space vertically (choose Space horizontally if you got an horizontal line), and hit apply. It's now in the middle Edited January 10, 2021 by ThePirateOfTheSevenSeas firstdefence and Alfred
Fixx
This problem is basically because snap functionality is not good enough. When you draw and position objects there are often no snap options available.

upu
This seemingly straight forward feature still doesn't exist in 2.0. Please consider including this on the roadmap.

Also works with the Pen Tool if you pre-select the node(s) with the Node tool, easily done while using the Pen Tool with the CMD key (Mac) to temporarily toggle to the Node Tool. upu
This is very helpful. I guess I didn't see that as I was looking for a "snap to middle" feature, but this works. Thanks all.
