Albatross
I attempted to use the Haze Filter after watching the tutorial and it wasn't on my version. The version I have is 1.3.5 - is that the latest version? If not how do I get the latest? I have recently updated my system to OSX El Capitan 10.11. When I clicked on the open button of Affinity in the App Store it opened Affinity from my computer. Perplexed!
A_B_C
Hi Albatross, for the Haze Removal Filter question please have a look here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/14202-haze-removal-filter/ Cheers, Alex :)
Staff MEB Posted October 21, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 21, 2015 Hi Albatross, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Currently the Haze Removal filter is only available in Affinity Photo Customer Beta. You must keep the Mac App Store version installed to run the Beta in case you decide to install it. The extension will be integrated in the next Mac App Store update. A_B_C
That seems to be the most wanted feature recently … :D
Albatross
Thanks for that, I didn't see the earlier post. After finding the dehaze filter is only available to subscription users of Lightroom I was pleased to see it in an Affinity tutorial. anon1
I thought they would submit an update with the haze filter and the photo extension as everyone seems to ask about them but affinity seems to be focused on the big things :D haha
