That's the email address you need to use during the installation process. You would specify that email, and the registration key. I've not been able to locate any purchases made through our own site registered to your name or email address. I gave the money to a computer shop.. to buy it for me for my school because our school is not allowed to buy from foreign sites... his mail adress maybe is info@kissascomputers.gr or sth like that... he sent me a package via an email. I didn't open it for 3 or 4 months but now i need it and i cant install it... Quote

At this point it is probably best if you contact affinity@serif.com with as much details as you can about the order, the most important one being the order number. Getting that from the computer shop that you made the purchase from will be a huge help. I'm afraid that won't be possible. The software is forever tied to the email address that was used to purchase it. But the staff whom you contact via email will be able to advise further. I downloaded it and it redirects me (after dowloading) to pay.. do i have to pay again for the new vesion?? Quote
