Issue with to color text

Hi 😉

 

I'd like to add text on a picture but the letters are surrounded by a line and if I change the color it is only this line wich changes of colour, not the letter inside.

What can I do to remove that line and to color the letter ?

It would help if you gave us a screenshot to show your problem. Please make sure it includes the Layers panel so we can see your text layer there, too. (Even better would be a sample document that has the problem.)

Well sorry I found the way to do it…

But is it possible to have a colored background on the letters ?

You're welcome. Glad you figured out the first problem.

For a colored background: If you were using the desktop version of the application, I would suggest going to the Character panel, which provides that function. However, I don't know if that's available in the iPad version. Sorry.

Here is my Character menu.

Does the Decorations tab with "none" crossed is where you set the background ?

If yes, I don't think Ipad version can do it…

Use text with transparent background. iPad has no background colour controls though it has been requested many times.
