Data Merge window accidentally enlarged, can't resize it.

Recommended Posts

Another one:

I accidentally double clicked on the title bar from the data merge window, causing it to maximize.

Problem: I can't undo this, no resize pointer appears when hovering over the border of the window! Closing the window and re-opening it doesn't help, neither does restarting Publisher. This is kinda annoying...

Doubleclick the title bar again would have been a good advice, but not if the window was closed once. Otherwise there is no way to resize the window indeed. Is there any reset for application windows possible or only just this hacky way?

Close APu and edit "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\Settings\Window.xml" and change the width and height values for DataMergeManagerDialog to 0. Next time you restart APu the window gets it default size of 680 x 470.
