Anna M Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Hi, I have used DrawPlus for the longest time, then switched to Affinity Design when it became available. I have many files, such as scientific posters, in .DPP format. Are they all gone forever? Can I read them in somehow? What's the best option? Thank you! Quote
NotMyFault Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Hi Anna, if you have a running DrawPlus software, you could open the old files, and export them in one of the many formats which can be imported into Designer, like SVG, PDF, Tiff, EPS. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DrawPlus section import/export. Otherwise, you might look for someone who offers the conversions as a service (paid or for free) . Please bear in mind that the forum rules do not allow to make commercial offerings, so don’t ask here for paid offerings. And sorry, i don’t have DrawPlus (never used it).
