How to send a publisher file in email without it being an attachment

I’m sending out a newsletter for something, and it is multiple pages long. When I get newsletters from other companies, it comes in the email and isn’t sent as a pdf (obviously). How would I export a publisher file that would be able to scroll through as if it was the content of the email, not an attachment within the email? I’m using the iPhone X template already made in publisher. I hope this question makes sense.

Usually email newsletters are created as HTML files using MailChimp or similar app. I do not now if there is any simple way of transferring a Publisher template or content to HTML.

I would be surprised if someone has ‘cracked’ the Affinity file format and created something to convert the contents to HTML, but I’m often proven to be wrong.
Nteese: If you want to create HTML emails then, as Fixx suggests, Publisher is probably not the application you need.
