I have edited your previous post to remove the screenshot that contained your product key, as this is specific to yourself and needs to be kept private. The error code 230383 means the first four characters of the Product Key are incorrect. You probably typed PP8X instead of PPX8 or (as here) X* instead of X8. The other possibility is that you downloaded the installer for a product which doesn’t match the key that you have. For example, you might be trying to use a PPX8 (PagePlus) key with the PhotoPlus installer or an HPX8 (PhotoPlus) key with the PagePlus installer.
