As I understand it: the Trial should have asked for an email address and a product key, but it does not have the Registration function activated and should not have wanted a password. What problem are you having? Is it with the Trial or a purchased version? If you've purchased it, which store did you purchase it from, and for what OS? Please can you restart your Publisher and Designer software and try again. If this happens again I will get a member of support ( @DanG ) to look at this early next week .
