kat Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 I have a bunch of gradient swatches, but when I click one and use the gradient tool it always default to black and white. Then I can click my gradient swatch, but that's an extra step. Quote Affinity Suite v2.6.3, Mac Mini M2 Pro 2023, Sonoma, OS 14.1.1 https://www.funkyhistory.com
R C-R Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 The "why" just seems to be because it does, but I can't think of any good reason for that. Even if I preselect a gradient swatch before using the Gradient tool (so it shows my gradient in the large color well), the moment I click to set the starting point of the gradient, it immediately reverts to B&W. It is quite annoying. kat 1 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.6 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 All 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7
