uneMule
***** Good evening to all. I have used illustrator a lot. For me the strength of this product lies in its shape design tools. With the pathfinder and especially division, with the shape designer and with the dynamic painting. There is another thing that I think is important. Once a path exists, it can be reused. Redoing a path is a waste of time and quality, perfect reiteration is impossible for complex curves. For example, to make the attached Pokemon drawing, it is possible to "throw" the paths and automatically create closed shapes at the intersection and manage the outline and background (in a dynamic painting group with AI). Moreover, modifying a curve dynamically redefines the shape. With a good technique, the realization of this drawing is extremely fast. Another example, to cut out the ellipse, one click is enough! Please, Mr. Affinity, when will there be geometry tools that go beyond the basic Boolean operations? A torsion tool would be nice too And personally, I think it's a good idea to offer an alternative to Adobe applications. Good continuation to you. I don't wear an Affinity T-shirt, but I'm thinking about it.
