Change Find behaviour to match curly quotes when Match Case is not checked

Could you please change the behaviour of the Find feature so that it will match curly quotes if a straight quote is typed when Match Case is unchecked?

With programs like Apple Pages and Microsoft Word, typing Bob's (straight apostrophe) into Find will match Bob’s (curly apostrophe) if Match Case is unchecked but won't match if it is checked. This is the behaviour many of us have come to expect of our apps.
