Júnia Barbosa Posted May 4, 2021 Posted May 4, 2021 I've have the latest update available Affinity Publisher 1.9.3. macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 I've been working on a file since January with no problem, exporting several times, just fine. But one month ago (April 13th), when I had it ready and exported to send it to print, the PDF (ready to print) showed some serious BUGS!! Some specific images simple disappeared!! So the 1st test printing was full of errors... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I checked the original file and it was ok, so I thought it was just an error exporting and I will have to be more careful next time, before sending it to print. I didn't have time to work more on that until today, and for my surprise, IT IS STILL HAPPENING, even when I'm editing some time the images are there, sometimes are not.... I'm NOT using linked images. The errors occurs always with the same images, in session 4, and some on session 5. I tried to export several times and it's always missing some images!!! I repeat, I exported and printed before several times for trials and there was any errors, just after 13th April!!! I add here some print screens and pictures Please help, I need to send this to print!!!!! IMG_1841.HEIC IMG_1840.HEIC IMG_1839.HEIC Quote
Staff Pauls Posted May 5, 2021 Staff Posted May 5, 2021 Could you upload the Publisher file here please Quote
Júnia Barbosa Posted May 7, 2021 Author Posted May 7, 2021 Hi! Thank you, I did the upload of the Publisher file now. Just before I tried to export again and the problem persists (pages 82-113; 131-133; 158 are the ones I detected errors) Quote
Staff Pauls Posted May 7, 2021 Staff Posted May 7, 2021 I can see that the image disappears at certain zoom levels - I'll have to pass this to a developer to investigate. The only thing i can think to suggest is using master pages to place the graphic which will be quite a bit of rework Quote

I'll try some things to fix it... but if you have some updates please let me know. Thank you Quote
Staff Pauls Posted May 10, 2021 Staff Posted May 10, 2021 I would try replacing the graphic in the file and see if that fixes it Quote
Júnia Barbosa Posted May 10, 2021 Author Posted May 10, 2021 It's exactly what I'm trying now, for now it's working, if it doesn't "bug" anything else it can be a short-cut solution! Quote
