Birdieman
I can't find this option in the PDF export settings of Affinity Publisher and it doesn't do it by default. (Checked PDF properties in Acrobat after export and "Fast Web View" = No In Acrobat this feature allows the pdf to be viewed much faster in a web browser as it allows the first page of the PDF to be displayed before the whole PDF has been downloaded. Am I missing it or is it not available in Publisher? If not will it be in a future release? Any advice appreciated thanks.
Staff MEB Posted May 4, 2021 Staff Share Posted May 4, 2021 Hi @Birdieman, This is not available in Publisher. I'm moving this thread to the feedback/feature requests section. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Birdieman
Thanks for your quick reply. Can I request that it's included in a future release? Without it there is a long delay while the whole document downloads when a user views a large PDF file via a web browser . Currently my workaround is to open the exported PDF in Acrobat and re-save it using "Save as" which then does it automatically.
