Set default unit

Hello to you all,

do you think it coul be possibile in the new release to give us the possibility,

as a general preference, to choose and set a different unit than pixel?

It is so frustrating to open .tiff, .png, or .jpeg and each time go to change the unit from the panel of each image opened.

I need to print dozens of files each day, and this process is so slow and unmotivated.

Its always been beyond me why there isn't an option in Preferences to pick a default unit! 🙁

yes I know, but it still need to be done each time you open a file.
