Not sure why this is happening, it's always happening after a while when Im working on a drawing. Don't know if it's a hardware limitation or what? I have the ram usage allowance set to 24gigs and its not using it all.

I thought it was always best use hardware acceleration? Is that not correct?

I think the Design intent was for better performance, but there's a lot of unresolved issues with it, they are working on fixing it. Until then it's better to not use it.

**It's been mentioned, Serif should not have this enabled by default**

@Schindigg Please try downloading the latest drivers directly from nVidia for your GPU and whilst installing select 'Custom Installation' and then 'Clean Installation' to remove all previous GPU drivers still installed on your system.

Once installed, restart your PC and then re-launch the Affinity app and try re-enabling Hardware Acceleration - hopefully the updated driver will have fixed the graphical rendering error and should allow you to continue to use Hardware Acceleration :)

I'll give that a shot and post the results, thanks for the tips!! :)
