Gaussian Blurred with inverted Alpha Channel gives bad results. [1.9.4.241]

If you use the Gaussian Blur filter (Filter > Blur > Gaussian) (with a larger than 6 pixel amount) you get vertical lines of various colours in the transparent areas.
You need a transparent RGB/CMYK/Lab document. You also need transparent areas in the canvas. Apply the filter then in the Channels panel select the Alpha Channel for that pixel layer and choose Invert from the context menu.

This is also happening in the Retail 1.9.3 version
