Keiko Posted April 28, 2021 Share Posted April 28, 2021 Hello, I need some help. I was given a Gaomon M10k drawing tablet and am trying to set up the express key feature to open my Affinity programs. When I try to connect it from the desktop icon it say "Catastrophic Failure" (see picture) and when I look in both my C drive Programs x86 and just Programs the Affinity or Serif file are not there. Staff stokerg Posted May 4, 2021 Staff Share Posted May 4, 2021 Hi @Keiko, I suspect the problem is your pointing the keyboard software to a shortcut and not the actual program .exe file. I can see from another post of yours that you purchased Affinity from the Microsoft Store and as such the install directory is kind of hidden. I say kind of hidden, as if you see this post, it does link to a method you can use to locate the install folders for Microsoft Store apps.
