1.9.2.1035 - Develop Persona - Lens correction

Recommended Posts

Hello,
I am testing the workflow: DxO PureRAW and AP. Since the lens correction is already done in PureRAW, I have created another preset ("Without_Correction") in the Develop Persona. This preset is displayed as selected. But you have to click on the preset again and again to use it, because it seems that the preset "Standard" is always active, which you can also see in the settings that belong to "Standard" and not to the new preset. Only after clicking on the "Without_Correction" template its settings (all deselected) are used.

regards, Uwe

This has been driving me up the wall for years.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Since I use a Canon camera with Canon lens the lens correction is applied by the camera.  I have turned off lens correction in Affinity Photos develop persona assistant and then apply it only when I have a raw file requiring correction.

The issue "Develop Persona - Last used preset shown in list but not applied" (REF: AFP-522) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.1925".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
