Lost my Affinity account password

Dear Sirs, I purchased Affinity on 2018.04.16, and the attachment is my purchase certificate on the Apple store (Mod edit - attachment removed due to containing personally identifiable information), but now I have lost my account and password for Affinity. Can you help me restore my permission?

If you bought from the Apple Store you may not have an Affinity Store account with us, but if you can email affinity@serif.com we can look into that for you.
