DESIGNER: Unable to open files

Last week my hard drive failed and I have reinstalled all my previous software from Affinity and activated it.

Today when I attempt to open a previous Affinity Designer file, this error pops up:

"You don't have permission to open this file"

Help! How do I access my work?

Operating System: Windows 10

Affinity Designer Version: 1.9.2.1035

Solved it.

Right - click over the Icon that launches the program.

Select "Run as administrator"

Accept the change in the next dialog box.

Viola! Opens.
