First: I assume you're talking about your account at https://affinity.store (the Affinity Store). If you're talking about the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store you'll need to work with them to resolve your problem.

Next: If you have the same email now as you used to setup the Affinity Store account, or the last email you changed the Store to use, you should be able to click on the "Forgot Password?" link, below the boxes where you would enter your email address and password.

If you do not have the same email address, and you're talking about the Affinity Store, you should probably email affinity@serif.com for further assistance.

Hi @Designer,Publisher, Photo,, welcome to the Affinity forum.

Having looked at the Event log on your account, it appears that you were not seeing the reCaptcha appear when attempting to sign in as as you registered a reCaptcha score of -1.

Can I suggest turning off any adblockers and trying again. It may also help to try a different browser entirely.

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Disabling JavaScript blockers is also important.
