Komatös
The dmg file can be unpacked with 7zip. In the resulting folder, e.g. SF-Font-Pro, another folder SanFranciscoPro is created. Here there is then a San Francisco Pro.pkg, which is also unpacked with 7zip. In the resulting folder San Francisco Pro is the file Payload~; this file is also unpacked with 7zip and you get the font files in -ttf and .otf format. 'sf pro text'. where can I acquire this obviously necessary core font? Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. The default assets are probably of use only to those developing programs for iOS, and those developers would usually be running on a Mac or iPad and would have that font available. Or if they were developing programs for iOS, they would already have acquired the font. So, for most of us on Windows, I think it's neither a "necessary" nor a "core" font. I also think there might be licensing issues if Serif were to try to distribute it.
