Foolix
Hi, I am looking for an ink-like Affinity Designer brush that occasionally has some gaps in it. I would add an image but I don't own the copyright so please have a look at this link: https://www.behance.net/gallery/116935711/The-WIRED-World-2021?tracking_source=best_of_behance Where can I get brushes like this one? Thanks, Foolix

Foolix
Hi Alfred, any one of the illustrations really - as they all have in common the dotty black pen lines. Alfred
StuartRc
You could achieve that result simply by creating a variable pressure setting on any vector line (Pressure:reshape the graph line) then save or save as style. For more complex dotted/irregular patterns you may find a 'vector' brush of greater use have a search through the resources section for vector brushes I am sure you will find some that you can use! Artifex Forge Fineliner brushes or you could even try these: InkBrush Vector Linear Quote Affinity Version 1 (10.6) Affinity Version 2.4.2 All (Designer | Photo | Publisher) Beta; 2.5 2.2402 OS:Windows 10 Pro 22H2 OS Build 19045.4046+ Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0 Rig:AMD FX 8350 and AMD Radeon (R9 380 Series) Settings Version 21.04.01 Radeon Settings Version 2020 20.1.03) + Wacom Intuous 4M with driver 6.3.41-
Foolix
Hello everyone, I did finally find what I was looking for. Firstly, this post in a photoshop-related forum was very helpful: https://graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/96318/how-to-add-a-specified-gap-in-a-object-stroke-without-separating-the-two It helped me figure out how I can create the gappy effect, which is in fact by using the "dashed line" option in the stroke panel.
