Redi Posted April 15, 2021 Share Posted April 15, 2021 Hi, I am getting a new computer and want to transfer the app onto the new one (I learned how to do this from previous forums) my issue is that the Affinity website does not recognize my email address when I try to log in. I also tried resetting my password but the same message appears "cannot find Affinity account with the email address" I Purchased the software directly from the website. We do not have any accounts registered in our store under the email address you are using here on the forum. My instinct is that you bought our apps from either the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store and if that is the case, you can download the apps again from the respective store. If you did purchase from our store, please contact affinity@serif.com with your order number can we can take another look at this for you.
