Error Message - file includes features from older version

I am creating a Publisher document using Data Merge (with an Excel source file). Some of the elements are created in Designer. I am using v.1.9.2.of all three programs, yet when linking the field to the picture frame, Publisher give the error: "The file includes features from a later version of Affinity".

Attached is an screenshot from the error. The error occurs with three different Designer elements.

The error also happens when I manually "replace" the image in the picture frame.

I dont get that message with any of the 3 files uploaded - could you add a publisher document as well please

I have added the publisher document as well as a copy of the metadata sheet. 

Closing publisher and reopening it lets me update and run the merge. Then for some reason the error message pops up. When I close and reopen it again i can update and run the merge again.

I was thinking to just un- and reinstall the programs to see if that helps.

I've not been able to recreate that message - do the afdesign files you uploaded give you the error message?

Only when I upload them into the Publisher file. Either as image direct or via the merge file.
