skmwrp Posted April 9, 2021 Share Posted April 9, 2021 Designer 1.9.2 on iPad Turn on Add to Selection. Select an item using the point, the select another item. They both become part of the selection. But drag the pointer to select some items, then drag to pointer to select more items, the first set of items are deselected. Provided you don’t lift your finger/pencil the selection boundary box will 'grow' as you drag, including new objects as it grows. Once you lift your finger/pen, the selection is completed. Dragging starts a new selection box, replacing the previous one. You add additional objects by tapping them (as described in help file). I use the app, I see Add To Selection, I assume Add To Selection maintains the selection as I drag over more, because I am trying to select a whole lot of fiddly little curves scattered across the design.
