PT filter / anti-aliasing issues

Recommended Posts

if you create a "empty" procedural texture filter, and nest it to a vector shape, it has a visible impact to the rendering (decreasing opacity).

The image shows 4 copies of a circle with 1 pixel wide stroke.

  • top row: no filter
  • bottom row:
  • PT filter (no formula at all, same happens with any formula present)
  • left: filter unchecked: The rendering seems strange. alpha is incorrectly reduced.
  • right: filter active.

The circle x/y positions might be not 100% exact, but this does not matter. You can see the effect with only one circle, by cycling the activation checkbox.
