Affinity Photo asking for Product Key (split)

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums :) 

When you install our software it prompts for the Product key. You only get one of those when you purchase the software directly from Affinity. Is it possible that you bought Affinity Photo from the Microsoft store, as your account shows no purchase direct from us, only the claim for free Affinity Photo content.

If you bought the software from the Microsoft Store (or the Mac App Store) then going back to the store you can download the 1.9.2 update and you will not be prompted for the product key.

The Affinity Photo you have directly downloaded (and is prompting for a product key) can be uninstalled as it is not needed.
