cannot use affinity photo anymore

Recommended Posts

Hi there, I acquired a 90 day trial and two 10 day trials in january. I used them until early in march, but I still had 40-50 days left on affinity before I have to purchase it. I have recently changed the password for my email for security reasons, so I was logged out of most things. However when trying to access affinity photo again, I could not continue the 90 day trial. I entered the product key and email correctly but it didn't work. I don't know how to get it working again without buying it. I intended to finish the trial first.(Screenshots are linked below)

@Mogsy

sorry for the delay in replying.

I can see that you have claimed product keys using the same email address as you have used on the forums. If you copy and paste the information in the email it should give you the 90 day trial.

Did you resolve this for yourself or is it still a problem?
