Afinitiy Photo Update 1.9.2 Does Not Work

Recommended Posts

I had been using Photo 1.9.1 very nicely and updated to 1.9.2 as notified.

The program will not start now, including after restarting the laptop.

Here is the message from Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium.

I hope rolling back to 1.9.1 works...

Should I uninstall 1.9.2 and reinstall 1.9.1, or should I install over 1.9.2??

Cheers, CF

@CWF

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post.

Our 1.9.2 update requires that Windows 7 has all the latest updates installed. Please check that you have installed all Microsoft updates available for your machine. If that does not work the previous version 1.9.1 is available to download from these links as I imagine you already found (Designer, Photo, & Publisher
